Price Beating Policy

At Pricefinder.pk, our top goal is to ensure the best customer experience. So, we pull all stops to make sure buyers receive authentic goods at the lowest price.

We make every effort to offer our items at the most competitive pricing. You could occasionally discover that a product is somewhat more expensive. This can be a result of things that are beyond our control.

Rest assured that the small premium you might be paying in this situation is an exception and allows us to uphold our commitment to quality.

Fair Shopping Policy

Our main objective is to assist our customers in making cost-effective purchases when buying tech gadgets. Our users are limited to purchasing one product every order to prevent fraud and exploitation of our pricing regulations.

Return Policy

We have a return policy in place if our customers wish to return the product. However, only legitimate return cases are entertained. Customers cannot claim a return if the reason is ‘change of mind’. Similarly, a return claim after 3 days of receiving the parcel is declined.

We accept the return/exchange request in the following cases:

The product received was damaged/broken/defective.
The product was not the same as listed on the website.

How to Make a Return/Exchange Claim?

Make an unboxing video and send us within 3 days of receiving the order. Once the product is received by us, it will be inspected by our tech team for faults or defects. If it’s confirmed the product is faulty, a replacement product will be dispatched to you. No additional cost will be charged.

We will not process the claim if the company’s flyer is not included in the video or if there are missing items from the box.

Price Finder’s Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Our products are delivered in all cities of Pakistan.
Products are delivered within 5 days of order placement, depending on the receiver’s location.
Price Finder also offers Open Box Delivery & Self Pick-up Options in certain cities. The additional amount is charged for the former option.
We also send a video of product packaging to our customers for their enhanced peace of mind and assurance.
Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking ID is shared with the customer.
The order is dispatched only once we have received a confirmation from the payment gateway.
The rider may ask for a picture of your CNIC for security purposes. They are also required to sign the delivery document.
All the packages we send are perfectly sealed at the time of dispatch. So, make sure the seal is intact when receiving it. It’s recommended to not receive the parcel if the seal is broken or in case of damage.

Order Modification

After you have made the payment, we cannot accept your request for order cancelation or modification. However, we can consider your request of changing the product on the basis of color or modification if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

After the confirmation of the order, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you have mistakenly entered the wrong address, you are required to cancel the existing order, and then place a new order with us. Your previously made deposit will be refunded.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. To do this, please give us a call at 0325 4455988. However, once the order is dispatched, we cannot accept your cancellation request.

In case the cancellation request has been approved, your payment will be refunded to you in a matter of 2 to 3 weeks.

Cancellation by Price Finder

Price Finder reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. The reasons for cancellation include the unavailability of the product, errors in the price of the product, and other such reasons.

Disclaimer:

Price Finder holds no liability in case of shipping days or any loss incurred due to uncontrollable or unforeseen circumstances, including unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery, incorrect delivery address, weather conditions, etc.

Warranty Policy

The warranty of products available on Price Finder depends on their respective categories.

For mobile phones, there’s a 1-year brand warranty. It can be claimed at the authorized center of the brand. So, instead of having the product shipped back to us, you can head over to the nearest warranty center of the brand and claim a warranty.

For accessories, there’s no warranty for smartwatches, tablets, and earbuds unless the brand offers it.
