Here, you will find all the details pertaining to our return and replacement policy.

We allow our customers to claim a refund or replacement in the following cases only:

  • They have received a defective product
  • The product was different than what they ordered

Claims arising due to the reason of ‘change of mind’ is not acceptable. Also, we require our customers to send an unboxing video to us for the refund or replacement to be processed. The claim must be filed within 3 days of receiving the product. After that, no claim for replacement or refund will be entertained.

What are the conditions under which Price Finder accepts mobile phone returns?

We can process a return claim if the phone is:

  • Already activated
  • Has a broken seal
  • Is non-PTA
  • Damaged
  • Repacked

What are the conditions under which Price Finder accepts accessories returns?

Earbuds can be returned if they:

  • Are physically damaged
  • Have a battery/network issue
  • Are repacked
  • Do not work

Smartwatches can be returned if they:

  • Have a battery issue
  • Have a charging issue
  • Have a display issue
  • Are damaged
